One of the core philosophies of WordPress is to keep the core code as light and fast as possible but to provide a rich framework for the huge community to expand what WordPress can do, limited only by their imagination. #

WordPress uses a template system that allows users to easily change the look and feel of their blogs by simply activating/deactivating themes, the default template that comes along with WordPRess is based on Kubrick, the famous blog theme designed by Michael Heilemann.

I’m a web developer who loves to redesign from time to time, so I’ll try to recycle the themes I’ve used for my blog or projects to make them available for you to download.

Everything in here will try to follow the W3C recommendations, themes are made using (x)HTML and CSS, no JavaScript if can be avoided, no flash and most of the times tableless. So if you are looking for a corporate, flash-based, 100+ KB template, go somewhere else.

All the themes are free and released under a GPL licence, you are free to do whatever you want with them — even commercial — the only thing i ask is that you keep the copyright notice at the bottom or at least a link back along with the WordPress one.
